NOMINATIONS ARE DUE July 25, 2025
The Oklahoma Ambulance Association has recognized the dedication and service of EMS providers and support staff from across the state since 2000. Join us for the 25th anniversary as we celebrate the 2025 stars with a banquet and awards ceremony.
OKAMA will present each nominee with a commemorative Star of Life Shadow Box, Medallion, and Challenge coins during the awards ceremony
Additionally, one OKAMA Star will be selected by the nomination committee for an all-expense paid trip to Washington, DC, to represent OKAMA at the American Ambulance Association's Stars of Life.
What Do I Need to Nominate A Star?

· High-quality photos
Tips for taking pictures
· Names of all guests. (Note: you can email stars@okama.org later to substitute new names, if needed, but we need an accurate headcount for catering as soon as possible. If unsure of names at this time, you can just list guests as "Guest One," "Guest Two," etc.)
All Star nominations must be received by July 25, 2025.
